One day. Our entire AI stack, on your machine.

A small-group session at our Tallinn office where we open up everything: how the skills are written, how the harness is wired, how the browser is set up, and the insider tricks we use to run business operations on AI to the fullest. You take the library home.

01

Agent skills, from zero to your own library

How we author the skill files that make an agent actually competent at a job — structure, examples, progressive disclosure, and how to keep them alive instead of letting them rot. You write your first one before lunch.

02

The harness: how the stack is actually run

Model routing, cost control, delegation between models, cron jobs, memory and state. The infrastructure that turns a chatbot into an operations system — the exact production setup, on screen.

03

Browser automation that survives the real web

Real profiles, human pacing, residential IPs, and the gates that stop an agent before it spends money or burns an account. The difference between a demo and a system.

04

Our internal skill library — take it home

The actual files: skills, prompts and runbooks we use daily to run marketing, research and operations. Not excerpts — the library. No public course can offer this, because no public course has one.

Which tool to choose?

Pick one tool and learn it deeply. The comparison is honest — including the caveats.

Claude

from ~20 €/mo

The stack we teach on and run daily. Agent skills, Claude Code, long working sessions — the deepest tooling for making an agent actually competent at a job.

Pane tähele: Data is not stored in the EU; do not enter your most sensitive data.

ChatGPT

from ~20 €/mo

The most natural writing partner, including in Estonian, and the most forgiving for non-technical users. A strong second seat once your primary tool is set up.

Pane tähele: Data stored in the EU only with an Enterprise licence.

Open-weight local models

your hardware

Total privacy and zero refusal: models that run on your own machine, for the work that must stay in-house. We show a live local stack on the day.

Pane tähele: Requires real hardware and setup knowledge — part of the workshop.

Which licence do you need?

Come with a paid seat of at least one tool. Here is why it matters.

01

Everything you build is shareable with your team

Skills, agents and workflows live in the company workspace, not on one employee's personal account.

02

Higher usage limits

Paid plans survive a real working day. Free tiers cut you off exactly when the task gets interesting.

03

Company-managed environment

Access and artifacts stay with the company even when the employee who built them leaves.

04

Stronger data protection

Business plans have training on your data off by default. We cover what may be entered where — plainly.

Building the right group

Our goal: every participant builds it themselves and leaves with it working.

01

Is the goal practical skill, not awareness?

Then the group stays small. Eight seats is the room — everyone builds, nobody watches.

02

More people than seats?

Split by role, not seniority: people with the same daily tasks learn the same skills fastest. We run consecutive days for larger teams.

03

Truly mixed audience?

Start with a team day at your office, then send your two builders to the public session. A lecture is a start, never the finish.

Dante Teder, founder of Nordspike

Who teaches

Dante Teder — founder, Nordspike

No adult-educator certificate. Instead: the stack you learn on is the one that runs the operations of this agency every single day — the marketing systems, the agents, the browser automation, this website. The workshop exists because the fastest way to show what we can do is to let you use it.

Frequently asked

The usual questions — format, price, tools, and trust.

Is the workshop online or on-site?

On-site only, at our Tallinn office (Tornimäe 7, 19th floor). The value is the machine you leave with and the stack running on it — that does not survive a webinar.

How long is the program?

One day, 09:00–17:00, lunch included. Team days can extend to a two-day format with a specific build goal.

How big is the group?

Eight seats. That is the size of the room, not a marketing number. Team days keep the same builder-to-instructor focus.

Does it suit mixed experience levels?

Yes, within reason. You do not need to code, but you should not fear a terminal. Before the day we send a short questionnaire; if the fit is wrong, we say so and refund.

Is it tailored to our company's tasks?

The public day teaches the stack on generic business operations. The team day is built on your actual workflows, documents and tools — that is the entire reason it exists.

Which tools and licences do I need?

A laptop and at least one paid seat of Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent. We send the exact checklist before the day and help you choose if you are unsure. IT admins sometimes need to whitelist a tool — we send instructions for them too.

What can participants do afterwards?

Author an agent skill from scratch, wire it into a working harness, set up browser automation that does not get your accounts banned, and know exactly what to demand when hiring or buying.

What stays with us after the day?

Our internal skill library — the actual files we use daily — plus your own first skills, the setup runbook, and a recording of your build. Nothing is rented back to you.

How is sensitive data handled?

Directly and honestly: which tools may see which data, how to anonymize inputs, and which company settings actually matter. The local-model stack exists precisely for the work that must not leave your machines.

How much does it cost?

€300 for one seat, everything included. Team days are quoted per team after one short call — expect a fraction of what the same capability costs to hire.

Can we claim a training subsidy?

Probably not. State training subsidies generally require licensed training providers, and we are deliberately not one — we are practitioners teaching our production stack, not a training company. Assume €300 is the price.

Who is this NOT for?

People who want a slideshow about AI trends, teams unwilling to touch a terminal, and anyone who wants theory they can delegate. We build, on your machine, all day.

In which language is it taught?

English by default, Estonian on request for team days. The stack and materials are in English; the help is in whichever language you think in.

Who teaches, and why trust you?

Dante Teder, founder of Nordspike. No adult-educator certificates — instead: the stack you learn on is the one that runs this agency's operations every day, including the page you are reading. We are practitioners selling proof of competence, and the workshop is the cheapest way to verify it.

Eight seats. One day. €300.
