The problem
Their ERP tracked the mechanics' time in half-hour blocks, while warranty work has to be recorded to the minute. Replacing the ERP was out of the question.
What we built
We built an internal platform for work time and reporting that reads from the ERP they already run. Read-only first, so nothing in the old system changes.
The results
